I had a less than satisfactory phone consult with this gentlemen. He kept using fear tactics. Saying you are unmatched when you don't have an attorney. He sound like a used car salesman. After I explained my situation he didn't give any legal knowledge about the law to demonstrate his ability as a competent attorney. Yes, I am not an attorney, but all attorney aren't created equal. If you run across an attorney who focuses on the retainer, I wouldn't advice you to hire. Good attorneys aren't hurting for business, and they don't sound like a slick business man. It is unfortunate I watched his video and thought he would have been a great match. I guess you have to kiss a lot of frogs to find the right fit.

I have previously utilized Estelle and Kennedy. I found Mr. Kennedy to be very professional and considerate. I truly appreciated his integrity with my personal matters. He was extremely knowledgeable and very candid when I asked numerous questions about my case. I have recommended Mr. Kennedy to others looking for a qualified Attorney.
