Called to schedule an appointment with Neil for legal advice. I received multiple text message notifications reminding me of my appointment along with a link to the office, very professional.
I arrived 10 mins early, as I always do, to find out he had just left for lunch. After a 45 min conversation with a colleague of his, Neil arrived. Had a 5 min Q&A and I decided to leave.
First impressions are extremely important, and hard to change. Hope yours goes better than mine.
