Mark is always available to give me and my clients advice. I'm a realtor and have trust and property transfer questions on a somewhat regular bases. Not only does Mark give me good advice but he is very reassuring to my clients not to mention low fees!

My aunt passed away in January without a trust or will and her adult adopted children were left with a probate situation. Mark was recommended to me by a co worker and he did not disappoint. Howell is the worst lawyer I ever met we hired him on a probate matter he failes to answer our response to court on a timely manner his reason was he had vacations planned .. he stalled court over and over with lies and kept telling us everything is ok !!! as the result we are about to loose our home we have hired 2 lawyers to clean up his mess we are out of pocket 25 k ... he is inrresposible and Tiffany is not a gd legal assistance lies to clients just bills without doing any work this is awful after we found out what was going on he doesn't return any calls !!! know we have to hire an appellate lawyer to try to save our home ... be careful this lawyer says he doesn't carry liability insurance so if he screws up he will say I'm sorry //by law he has an obligation to disclose this when a client is signing his retainer be careful with this lawyer ... he is a professional liar shame on him and the worst part is our retainer did not disclose any of this we trusted him blindly we assume he is a lawyer he knows what he is doing he actually doesn't not right to play with people's life's .. if he couldn't do the work or did not know a clue about probate why take our money and time ..

Mr. Anderson told me he knew I had no involvement in a lawsuit he is handling, as well as his client. He told me I would not be served with the lawsuit and turned around and did just that. He has cost me hundreds of dollars for a lawsuit I have no involvement in, saying that his false allegations can be attributed to "lawyerspeak." He has failed to meet deadlines and confer with parties to the lawsuit as required by the court. I would heartily not recommend him.
