I obtained Mr. Madden's counsel after my first attorney was a huge letdown in court. I came across James from my previous attorney and after doing some research, from all accounts his other clients seemed to love him. I had seen him around in court the few times I'd been before; first up impression and something I immediately noticed is that James is ALWAYS on time, sitting with his clients outside the courtroom. When your previous attorney decides to just stroll in an hour late every time you have to go to court, you definitely notice things like that. I met with James and was immediately relieved to find someone who seemed confident, well informed, and it helped that he knew who other counsel was and how to handle him. James was fair and consistent throughout my whole ordeal. When I'd start getting worked up or nit-picky, he'd be quick to remind me what was in the best interest of my children. There were issues brought up that he immediately shut down and was truthful in telling me he wouldn't be able to "win" on those issues. He definitely is not one to tell you what you want to hear or is going to promise things he can't deliver on. One of my biggest concerns when hiring an attorney was that whoever I went with needed to be a shark; my ex's counsel is nothing but a slandering loud mouth and I needed someone to be able to defend me and put him in his place. James was amazing during court! I feel his calm demeanor and being well informed on my case and being able to shoot down other party's fallacies in an instant absolutely won me everything I was seeking. Let me stress that James was armed with information and numbers on everything and on the other party. I wish, with everything I have, that I had known about James and hired him from the very beginning of my custody battle. I have already referred other people to him, I absolutely believe in him 100%. Save yourself the headache of hiring a second rate attorney, GO WITH JAMES!! I anticipate having to go back to court for custody issues sometime next year and I will absolutely be obtaining James' counsel again.

The hardest working attorney EVER!! If you want it done right - hire Mr. Madden. He is currently representing me for 3 of my cases. He has always been fair in what we were asking, and will always be honest with you in what to expect. He has won things for me that I didn't expect to get, he doesn't give up. He is a fighter in the court room. He is well respected with the other attorney's. He is by far the best attorney that I have hired, and I have had a few. No doubt the best !!! I had a great experience working with Heidi. Stephanie and her office made sure I knew what to expect every step of the way. Anytime I had questions I got an answer really quickly. I always felt like my case was a priority, even if I didn't have court coming up. I hope I never need a lawyer again but if I do I will call her office.
