Barry Edzant represented me after my new 4 month vehicle with low mileage stalled on a major highway, needed a new transmission, and later on in the year had engine failure. Even during a worldwide pandemic when everything was slow, we won a buy back request in just 6 months. Barry and his staff were professional, knowledgable, and responsive. I cannot recommend this firm enough! We had a 2016 Jeep, which was a total lemon. Barry and his team, despite COVID-19 made the entire process, smooth and fairly painless (no issues on their part, more of the manufacturer). They negotiated a fair return on our Jeep, and with minimal effort or hardball needed. Everyone at the firm we dealt with was extremely professional, courteous and respectful. Their time management was extremely on point, and when we would call, someone would normally always answer, if they weren't available, we would have a return call/email within 15-20 minutes. I don't plan on needing a lemon law attorney in the near future. However, if I ever need one, or a personal injury attorney, I will go to Barry first, hands down!

Not only did he work very hard for me but I did exactly what he said and made sure I had the best medical care along the way. We cant thank Barry enough for all his help with both mine and my husbands lemon law case. We both had the worst luck on our brand new vehicles. We were referred to Barry by a family member and were thankful we crossed paths. My vehicle had less than 30k miles and was left stranded twice due to transmission issues.
