GREAT ATTORNEY !!!! I had a case that hasn't been in the courts too often. My daughter would not let me see my grandchildren, so I had to file a suit against her to get visitation. I went to one attorney before I engaged Mr. Hayes. The first attorney didn't seem too knowledgeable and I am so happy I found Donald. This was really an uphill battle because the few cases that there were didn't always have successful endings. Donald had a thorough knowledge of the different courts and which judges would be sympathetic to our case. We change court houses to get the right judge and we won our case. Mr. Hayes is a complete professional, everything was done in a timely manner and was always fair in his billing. I would highly, highly recommend Mr. Hayes if you have a need for a family law or bankruptcy attorney. I just can't say enough good things about him.

Donald Hayes will win your case; however, he plays dirty. He is good at keeping the anger going and attacks the other side with petty stuff, which burys the other side in their own attorney fees. Finally the other side caves. Like I said, I won, but not because I deserved to.

Donald Hayes was extremely professional and knowledgeable. My wife and I needed to file for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, and from beginning to end he was extremely helpful. It was a very scary time for us, but with his experience he made the whole process much easier, and he made our life a lot less stressful. I would certainly use him again if needed, and I would strongly recommend his services to anyone who is in need of a great lawyer.

When I decided to divorce my husband, I hired Mr. Hayes immediately as my attorney in this matter. I had no idea that he (we) would be up against an Opposing Counsel that had no ethical or moral standards of any kind. Opposing Counsel was devious, deceptive and always changing wording in agreements up to the last second prior to signing the Marital Settlement Agreements. Mr. Hayes was so thorough, he would find these bait and switch paragraphs and correct them right away. He stood firm in what (he)we were requesting from the equity settlement and we got what we wanted. (actually more). All of this in a professional manner above and beyond what anyone could expect. I had a difficult divorce and Mr. Hayes made it easy for me emotionally and financially by mediation and keeping the matter out of court, meaning no face to face confrontation with my 'EX'... If you want an attorney that is FAIR, HONEST, ETHICAL, IN YOUR CORNER, ONE THAT WILL FIGHT FOR YOU, MR. HAYES IS THAT ATTORNEY!!!!

Let’s face it: no one likes layers until you need one. I went to Don based on one review and was pleasantly surprised to find him not only knowledgeable, but also generally concerned about my case. He explained everything, took imitative, dealt with impossible creditors and make a potential stressful case easy. I hope never to need a layer again, but I would not hesitate to call him. Bravo!
