THESE GROUP OF "MEN/WOMEN" HAVE NO DIGINITY OR MORALS. AND THAT OFFICE MANAGER THERE NEEDS TO OWN UP. WHAT A JOKE. SHE COMPLETLY IGNORED ME AS IF I DO NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH WHEN I WENT IN THERE. SHE WAS MAKING FUN OF THE CLEANING STAFF AND OF THEIR LEGAL STATUS. THIS WOMEN IS BEYOND RACIST AND A BIGOT.

I remember watching "Suits" and heard Harvey said "My mother in law" can evict a bad "tenant", that's how I thought of this firm a few years ago to get rid of a tenant that did not pay rent for months. Behind the friendly smile and promises, they convinced me to go against my wife's advice not to hire them due to lack of experience and competency, I thought I could trust them to take care of such a simple eviction case as they promised they would do. Little did I know how incapable this firm was and how ill prepared they were when we showed up in Pasadena for Court hearing, and the other attorney knew exactly what to do and offered a terrible settlement for me. I had to choose either to lose many months of rent, more months of free stay and a trashed place, or as Mr. Young recommended to fight with court hearing/jury that will easily cost me many times over than the settlement without a clear win in sight. It was a terrible experience to use someone who does not have a clue what they are doing for my kind of case. If I could give a negative 5, I would. Now I am looking for a Real Estate attorney and saw their name pop up with five star, I can't stop but to warn people to do your due diligence carefully.
