Mr. Piotrowski gave me advice, pointed out weaknesses in my rental agreement, and provided a way going forward for me to be in the best legal standing. He also cited specific civil codes for me read up on to get more details. This is exactly what I needed out of a consultation. He is obviously very knowledgeable and experienced in this matter. Paid for a phone consultation of $145.00 for 30mins. You send in your documents and they say they will review them, but yet they do not discuss anything specific about your case. They give you a bunch generic information you can find online yourself. They will not represent you if you live in the LA county. Waste of time and money.
