Prompt and meaningful response

If you ever need legal advice I'd recommend speaking with David first. He is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He helped me through some criminal charges in Valencia that I never would have been able to fight on my own and relieved some anxieties in my life. I was so impressed with David's expertise and knowledge of the case, plus his demeanor and communication throughout the entire process was excellent.

We chose first to have an information gathering Q&A with David to see what possible options we might have in dealing with a hostile tenant that was refusing to pay rent or utilities and also refusing to allow prospective buyers to view the property. We found David to be tremendously helpful in defining all aspects and possible actions to take (and NOT to take) as well as the timing and flow of the necessary process(es). David is extremely knowledgeable in this area. We found him to be very easy to interact with, and also thoughtful and patient with our many questions (and our frustrations with this tenant issue). We would not hesitate to utilize more of his expertise and experience now or in the future.

He was knowledgeable about the law and was able to explain all the courtroom proceedings to me in a way that I could understand. He exceeded all of my expectations! I can't recommend him enough.

I found David through an online search for someone to help evict a tenant on a commercial property. The experience was fantastic, David was incredible responsive and communicated really explicitly so there was never any confusion about what was happening. The other thing I really enjoyed is he was the one always communicating with me, there wasn't some random person doing the communications and blocking my connection with the actual attorney. I would 100% use him again.

Highly recommend David if you are in need of a great eviction lawyer!! I tried to save a few bucks and go the DIY route, but not worth it! Too many strict California laws. So happy my sister found Attorney David Piotrowskii for me after reading multiple reviews!! He knows the laws inside and out. Excellent communication skills as he kept us apprised of every step along the way! Trust me, in the long run you’ll save money going with someone who is knowledgeable, competent, and easy to work with!
