Great service!! Our rental home is in California and we live in the East Coast. Imagine going through all the trouble in evicting a tenant from long distance!! David handled everything (many steps involved) beautifully as promised on time. I would not look anywhere else if we have to go through the same process again in future.

I have used David's services three times for three different tenants (3-day notice through eviction). He's very attentive to the needs of his clients. He communicates (primarily via email) well with his clients. However, if you need to talk to him, he makes himself available based on his schedule. I have been very satisfied with his services and would highly recommend him for your unruly tenants.

Terribly disappointed in them. They are a money grab, but don’t place any concern or effort into deferyou. I attempted to contact my attorney on numerous occasions about my case, they would always be “unavailable” not return calls, but instead send texts with excuse after excuse. The only time I got a call was when I posted a negative comment. Then they were only concerned about me removing the comment.
