I am a realtor for over 30 years. I have had come across many eviction processes for my clients as well as my own. I also have dealt with few other eviction attorneys prior. My experience with David Piotrowski has been the best so far. Process was as expected and expressed by David. David is prompt in his responses and follow ups. David is a top class attorney. He pays great attention to detail, is common sensed, and is very honest. His legal work is excellent. I had the judge at a trial I had even comment on how excellently written David's 3 day notice, which was the primary reason for my winning that case.
