We are all such busy people and when the tenant stopped paying it was just another task. While I knew I was not experienced in these matters I chose the Do-it-yourself method. Turned out to be very costly, one mistake and you start all over again. The rent-o-meter was clicking faster than a crooked taxi. I chose to find a professional. David is the man, communicated every step of the way. California does not favor the landlord so we need all the help we can get. From the posting of the notices to the tenant lockout, his professional experience made the process go as quickly as possible. I was arrested and charged with a DUI. Mr. Chesley gave me legal advice and I retained him on a payment plan agreement. I had already been denied multiple high paying jobs due to my background check and had only been to my arraignment. Mr. Chesley ensured that I retained my drivers license by getting me a deal for reckless driving, I had to pay a small court fee and if no other instances occurred during the probationary period then the court would maintain the charge as only a reckless driving traffic infraction. This was the best option for me, and I am working with Mr. Chesley to expunge my record.

Our son was arrested last year in Los Angeles County and charged with 7 charges including attempting to elude police, possession of alcohol by a minor, DUI, DUI under 21 years old, speeding, driving in violation of license restrictions, and open container in the car while running from the police.
