This is actually the 2nd time I use David Chesleys services, and both times they helped me out so much. Process went smoothly and they were always in touch. I would definitely recommend.

Attorney David Pietrowski has great expertise.He provided me with succinct, clear, information, answered all of my questions, shared links for greater edification, His immediate response to an urgency was greatly appreciated. I live in a state with very different Landlord-Tenant Laws, than those in California. With it being essential to be in compliance, fair with my tenants, and fair to me, I appreciated, and will continue to use David’s legal services.

I had a tenant issue, the last thing a landlord wants to handle. Fortunately, I found David's law firm. Set up an appointment with him. He was punctuated, very nice and professional. He viewed the lease, answered all my questions and explained the entire possible eviction process step by step. I was very happy with the conversation, then used his service to issue notice to tenants. Once the notice is delivered, tenants complied with the notice and the issue was solved. Greatly appreciate David's professional services. Highly recommend David to landlord with no hesitation.

Mr. Piotrowski prepared a 3-Day Notice to Pay Rent or Quit back in February 2023, after the eviction moratorium was extended. We had tenants who were trying to take advantage of the extension to not pay rent. With David's guidance and knowledge of county and city laws and processes, he prepared a thorough 3-Day notice and provided advice on how to properly serve it. The tenants moved out within 2 weeks after being served. We avoided court costs and continuing to house entitled tenants. Highly recommended! Extremely knowledgeable, patient, and willing to do that extra bit of work to provide you with the most accurate information and advice.

Beware. This attorney is not performing any evictions! The only thing he provides is a 15 min consultation for $95. If you need an attorney, he will not help you. David did call at the prescribed time, but only after I paid the $95 and set up the phone consultation was I told that he does not do any evictions at this time. I feel the website is Completely Misleading. Consultation does nothing because if you need an eviction performed you have to start again with an actual eviction attorney. Waste of time and energy to be honest. He was pleasant enough, but did me no good in the long run. Save the step, and $95 and find an attorney that actually does eviction work.

David is a very professional and dedicated attorney. We had a tenant who hadn’t paid rent in 7 months and he was able to evict him. He kept us informed every step of the process and we found him affordable. We highly recommend him.

I recommend using David P for your rental property problems! I used David's consult service for the 2nd time last week. He advised me last year on a different tenant manner. For this consult I used the document review so when we had our call he was up to speed on what was happening. I have a tenant who is violating the lease multiple times and multiple violations. Due to LA county covid moratorium rules he advised me on what I could and could not do to bring tenant into compliance. Without his advice I would have violated the ordinance and caused additional problems dealing with this tenant. Use his consultation to advise your course of action.

David is a consummate professional! My firm consulted with him regarding a tenant issue. He flushed out every issue and advised on our next steps. We will add his firm to our list of consultants for this particular practice area.
