Ed helped my husband and I with our family's estate planning needs. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions, and was super fast in his response to our inquiries. He helped us consider and plan properly for the "what-ifs" in life, all while explaining certain aspects that we didn't think of during the process (airtight ways to avoid probate court, for one!). I'm so happy we had Ed to guide us in this process! I couldn't imagine trying to complete this on our own. Thank you Ed! We would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for help with estate planning!

My husband and I have been thinking about getting a trust for a few years now (even more so after having kids). I had contacted a few law firms to gather information and pricing information, and quite honestly the to-do list to prepare for a meeting with various firms was a little overwhelming. Needless to say, it never got done. Fast forward 2 years. By chance I came across an article in a local magazine introducing O'Hare Law Office. 2 months later we had our living trust set up and peace of mind! Ed has been amazing! He made the entire process super easy, with only very little input needed from us to customize our trust to our needs. He did all the work for us! No lengthy questionnaires to fill out like other law firms requested. Straight forward and to the point! LOVE IT! If you are looking to get your living trust set up (and you really should) Ed is your guy! And if you're worried about a lengthy process - not with Ed. It took as 2 meetings with him (1 hour each) to finalize everything! The first meeting we went over basics and he explained every aspect involved in a living trust to us. We provided him with some information. At our next meeting we signed our documents. DONE! The only reason it took as 2 months were our busy work schedules and the holidays. Otherwise we could have had our trust set up within 4 weeks! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Edward O'Hare first reached out to me in the month of November. We conversed about our time in the U.S Military. Simply the best. That's how I describe Edward O'Hare to anyone who asks me about planning their estate. My husband and I sought out O'Hare Law Offices services a few years ago when we decided it was time to have our living trust put together an were fortunate enough to work with Edward personally. Edward was so pleasant to work with. He truly made something that honestly felt rather daunting to me a very educational and straightforward process. There was no such thing as a silly question with his office. He walked through every step of the trust establishment process and explained everything in terms we understood. We first met Edward at an Estate Planning seminar he put on back in Jan 2017. My wife and I had been putting this off for quite some time. Edward did an excellent job outlining all of the benefits of having a complete estate plan and we left there finally feeling ready to move forward. Our initial consultation went smooth and very professional-Edward is extremely easy to talk to and is very clear when answering our questions. We just executed our signing of our plan and walked out feeling that we had made the right choices. First in deciding to get a plan done and second in our choice of a lawyer. Edward is professional, knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. We will always recommend his firm to our family and friends.

After searching for almost 10 years, I finally found an attorney that I felt comfortable talking to. Ed O'Hare is a great listener and put all my fears and concerns at rest. When I met with him to talk about doing my estate, I felt I was at a therapist's office--his voice was extremely calming and put me at ease. He was very professional and asked questions that I had never thought about. But, I got my estate done and I feel a ton has been lifted off my shoulders. I never asked what his fees were because I felt so comfortable talking to him, but, when he told me, I almost fell off the chair!! He charges less than half of what the other attorneys do---I am debating with myself if I need to tell him!! He has my full recommendation to those that are trying to find the right attorney!!

Aaron Fontana represented me in a case that did not look very good for me from the get-go. But despite leaving him with little room to work with, he still succeeded in getting certain aspects of the sentence reduced. Throughout the process he was diligent and vocal about what he was doing and why he was doing it. There was a constant line of communication that I could rely on if I had any questions or concerns. Because of this, I knew he was looking into every detail, no matter how small, that could possibly help me and my case. He was extremely helpful for me. Overall, Aaron is a highly reliable, knowledgeable, and capable attorney.

In November 2006, I hired Attorney Steven Marcus to represent me in my very long, nasty divorce. It has been almost eight years now, and each and every time I have needed Mr. Marcus he has always been there for me and my children. Mr. Marcus is extremely knowledgeable in the field of family law and knows how to deal with complex issues which can arise in a court setting. One of the complex issues Mr. Marcus helped me to overcome during my divorce was when I filed for a move away from California to Florida with two minor children—it was granted. Attorney Steven Marcus is the very best family law trial attorney I’ve ever witnessed in the courtroom! After four years of retaining various wishy-washy attorneys, in addition to representing myself at times, Attorney Marcus took over my high-conflict family law case, which includes ongoing custody/visitation/child and spousal support issues at a complex point where several other attorneys have been reluctant to take on. During my initial meeting with Attorney Marcus, I was overwhelmed with all kinds of unresolved problems, but he took his time to calm me down and understand the history and outstanding issues in an unhurried, professional manner. He attentively listened to all of my concerns and gave me honest, objective advice on how to proceed... while not just telling me what I wanted to hear! Attorney Marcus can be described as very competent, knowledgable, responsive, no-nonsense, and direct. Although I figured his persistent and assertive style would help me, I did not realize just how much his representation would make such a difference until I witnessed him in action.
