Mike Alder is a trial lawyer's trial lawyer. Mike gives back to the trial lawyer community by volunteering his time, experience and knowledge. If I ever have a question, especially relating to the defendant's retained expert, Mike is the go to guy. Mike has phenomenal jury verdict's, when personal injury litigation lawyers get "stuck" with a low settlement offer, Mike Alder is the guy you refer your jury trial case and he will add value, either in settlement or with a jury verdict. Ignore all the Fake 5 stars posted within the last month or two, I was recommended to this firm by a lawyer close to my family, and decided to go with them for my workers comp case. They gave me a contact, Rachel Jimenez, at this firm and throughout a 4 month window I was given a total of 3 phone calls to give me information regarding my case. I would call almost every few days to leave a message and get a hold of my lawyer about my care and payment from my insurance and would get met with the same voicemail every single time. I understand if you have a busy week, or month, but I went 2 months without contact (not without me trying as I called over 13 times without a call back) before my case eventually was taken over by a completely different firm that I hired. These people do not care about their clients and are in the business for making easy profit off of cases they know will lead to significant settlements, without feeling the need to update those they deem unimportant. If I was any wiser I’d file a bar complaint against them but I figure it would be a huge waste of time, just like letting them take over your case would be.
