Jack was incredibly thorough in reviewing my case and was firm but kind in his communication with the other side. He competently, clearly, and succinctly summarized the issue at hand, which was a lawsuit brought against me inaccurately. The other side tried to argue why they should keep me in the suit, but Jack put his foot down about how ridiculous that was given the facts of the case. We had a family dispute where one member believed that she was entitled to property to which she had no right. Her lawyer was harassing us with demands and we finally hired Jack to respond. Two letters from him to the family member's lawyer and the family member disappeared from sight. Your mileage may vary, but Jack really owned this dispute from day 1.

Jack was instrumental in litigating a property boundary and easement issue with a developer next door. The developer was difficult and his counsel was equally as difficult, failing to respond to phone calls, texts, and emails to the point of even refusing to acknowledge receipt of Jack's emails.
