Had some issues dealing with my HOA for months and decided to acquire an attorney to help me with this. Reached out to several attorneys on this platform and other big firms that I found on-line. Unfortunately I got very few responses. Those that did respond to me wanted truck loads of money to just talk to me. Jack called me back and offered to reach out to my HOA’s attorney in order to get a better understanding on the situation. He did not charge me anything, which blindsided me. Nobody works for free anymore! Four days later, my issue was resolved. If I had only reach out to Jack months earlier. I’m happy. I now have someone great I go to for legal help!

In my fifteen plus years of professional experience in commercial real estate I have worked with many attorneys from good, bad, and worst and I can say Jack is one of the best! The truth is in the court system there is no such thing as an easy case or an easy win. Innocent people sometimes go to jail and sometimes a person who should have easily won a court case loses, that’s the truth in court and life. What you need in an attorney is someone who will give it to you straight and tell what you need to hear and do in order to “increase your chances of winning” and not just tell you what you want to hear and make you feel better by “guaranteeing you a win”? If you hired a professional lawyer because he/she guaranteed you a win, you didn’t hire a professional lawyer you hired a professional liar!

I luckily found him thru my friend, who is an attorney as well. Jack was very attentive and so patient in a professional manner with me every time we met. He indeed showed his knowledge with his extensive experience, outstanding professionalism, and excellent negotiation skills throughout our legal journey. I hope every attorney could have for their clients mostly deal with tremendous stress and financial hassles, as you can imagine. We had a false lien filed against our home, and so we contacted Jack to represent us. From the start, he was very fair, giving us a realistic idea as to how the process would go, and the potential hurdles we might face. Any time we had questions or concerns, Jack was readily available to address them, which we really appreciated.
