This office is a good office for workers compensation

I retained this attorney after I heard him on the radio. I'm so sorry I made that decision. I have called left messages, no response. Major example of unprofessionalism. If I could find another attorney I would do it heartbeat.

Working with this Office on my workers comp case has gone very smoothly! Even When at times it seems they're swamped with other clients, they have been working diligently on my case and have been able to explain any mail I get clearly. They were able to explain almost step by step how they work on cases, so I wouldn't have to panic or worry when I received any from my previous employer or insurance. With some patience i've been able to get the best settlement possible. I've spoken with Delia and Peter through text and they've been very helpful. My apologies my signature wasn’t forged. It was fraudulently used. Candice Green asked for my signature on a blank piece of paper for “security purposes” to make sure it’s “really me.” I never gave this attorney permission to USE my signature for these legal documents. How can a case be filed without my authorization? Easy, no communication on Candice Green’s part and they used my signature that I was told it was because of this so called security purpose. All I asked for was a consultation. Just because you have an initial consultation with a lawyer doesn't mean you have to hire them to take on your case. Can you understand that I did not ever hire you? Can you understand that you sent legal documentation with my signature I never personally wrote to workers compensation court and place of work? Can you understand that all you caused me was trouble and money sending letters to terminate this legal relationship that I never authorized to and dismiss my case? Only questions you can answer. It took weeks to return my call about these documentations with my signature only to find out a case was already filed without my permission. You wouldn’t be so upset about people writing bad complaints if you would answer your phone. I just was able to get ahold of Karla earlier today however it was after hours. Karla was nice to let me know and said i would receive a call back. I don’t think you understand, there may be good experiences with this law firm, but not for me personally.

The firm filed a case without my written authorization. They fraudulently added my signature to the Attorney fee disclosure in violation of §10135. §10135. Required Use of Form. (Attorney fee disclosure) Every attorney or his/her agent who consults with an injured worker or dependent is required to furnish the attorney fee disclosure statement form set forth in Section 10134 of this Article to the injured worker or dependent at the initial consultation. I am probably not the only one that you have done this to and people should not be afraid of reporting your office. Your office likes to verbally abuse people who report the truth and you will be reported to the State Bar. They should know how your office operates. Save yourself a headache and Look somewhere else! Wild? What kind of law firm replies on the reviews and doesn't call the client? EVERYONE LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
