Good guy and takes your case seriously!

I wasn’t sure wether or not my back injury would qualify for workers compensation. Robert was very clear, provided me with early consultation that help me very clearly understand what I was entitled to under a workers compensation claim. Not only was he extremely well informed but a fantastic communicator. I would highly recommend this firm if you are injured at work.

We used Damaris Shreve from this law firm and I can tell you it was a complete mistake. She has absolutely no idea what she is doing with workers compensation cases. Having a conversation with her is like hearing nails scratching a chalk board. I would be very surprised if she legitimately passed the California bar exam on her own. Unfortunately, we were too deep into it to switch lawyers because we would have. She does not follow up so if you use this law firm, expect to do all of your own work and just pay her at the end. I highly recommend you go to a different law firm.

Robert ozeran. Useless to waste my time rating this guy. Very unprofessional, iresponsable attorney he didnt even had the balls to go to my settlement case. I even think he was against my case

Attorney Robert Ozeran went above and beyond in defending each of my work injuries and got me a far better settlement than I imagined. As an Amazon employee I suffered injuries, one of them to my back and I hired the Law office of Robert Ozeran to help me in filing a Workers Comp claim. It was an emotional roller coaster for me going through this and I expressed much of this to Robert's legal assistant, Jesse, with much of my despair, Jesse assured me that I am with one of the best, if not, the best, in the hands of Attorney Robert Ozeran. I learned to be patient during the process of the handling in my claim. Jesse kept me well informed all the while. Every time I had a concern and/or question Jesse very knowledgebly addressed and answered each one of them. The support staff was enormously supportive and I am forever grateful that Attorney Robert Ozeran recognized the severity of my injuries and went to bat for me when the time called for it. He had perseverance in the face of obstacles and worked vigorously to defend each of my injuries and by far exceeded my expectations in the outcome of my settlement. I had the pleasure of having Attorney Naz by my side during an intense deposition and she tremendously helped me through every aching minute of it. Kudos to Attorney Robert Ozeran and his office! I am so happy I chose you! A million thank you's to you all. Gracias a Dios!
