Life saver best lawyer I've had I highly recommend

Garrett Weinrieb, is a awesome attorney! He was available to answer any questions that I had, I felt very comfortable with him as my attorney. I would highly recommend him.

Garret was able to get a charge for drinking in public dismissed by simply attending AA classes. It was vital to have this dropped as I was in the process of obtaining a government position. While mine was a minor case, I would recommend his services. He was upfront and honest about the whole process without making any false promises. He clearly outlined all the possible outcomes and what he would do to get the case dismissed.

I sought references for a defense attorney from a personal acquaintance who is an Assistant District Attorney prosecuting criminal offenses. Garret was at the top of the list, and his recommendation proved to be well deserved. I could not be more pleased with his expertise, demeanor, and accessibility. In March of 2017 I was cited for operating a marijuana collective without a license. Although, I thought I had all the necessary documents to operate, the City of Los Angeles felt I was in the wrong and was looking to make my life difficult. I was not only cited for operating an illegal business, but I had 4 counts against me and small list of other charges. On my final court date this attorney was able to get me a plea that included no jail time, a crazy low fine and no community service. AND also, NO record. I was extremely impressed and very grateful. One other thing I found to be even more validating was when my lawyer entered the room he was liked and greeted by everyone. People respected him, including the district attorney. In my opinion that can go along way when your freedom is on the line. He presents well, thinks outside the box and gets results. I seriously could not have had a better lawyer at my trial.

Garret always kept me informed about my case and he advised me up until my court date. I received a very fare verdict and I was pleased with Garret's attitude and optimism.

So here's the thing... In 2012, life hit me hard, started drinking a lot, and I got a DUI. I got a lawyer, he pushed back my case for 10 months which ultimately ran into my 2nd DUI. Fired that guy, got another lawyer and he did something weird with the courts and didn't send me my paperwork on time. I missed my sign-up dates for my DUI Program, got a warrant for both cases in 2 different cities. I spent the next 2 years hating life and living with warrants. Finally got another lawyer (lawyer #3), he dropped both warrants but didn't tell the courts about each other. I enrolled in a 18mo Program thinking I was satisfying both courts. Now here I am with 2 months left in my program, come to find out I have a $30,000 warrant because one court thinks I never signed up for a program. Fed up and stressing like crazy I just wasted 17mo, thinking the courts were gonna make me re-do the program or possibly send me to JAIL, I frantically searched for someone who knows what the hell they're doing. I went online searched and searched like I've done in the past but this time I came across Garret. Man if only I knew him 4 years ago. I talked to Garret for the first time and he was 'real' and spoke to me like a friend and with confidence.
