I retained Chris Cháney for a TRO, from day one he knew what he was doing, his work was impressive. When we went to the court hearing, Chris was prepared (he did a great job with my declaration and preparing evidence) and when he crossed examined the other party, his questions were short but meaningful. Chris work was so good that the Judge did not need me to take the stand because Chris did a great job discrediting the other party, my constitutional rights were protected with Chris, the judge ruled in my favor without me testifying. I strongly recommend Chris for any of your legal work, he will prevail!

She cares about her clients, and her firm doesn't treat you like you're some criminal and actually listens to what you have to say so they can work out the best possible outcome, whatever the situation you may fine yourself caught up in. He is the real thing. He has a component that most of us lack, he is a true humanitarian. He puts the human back into inhuman circumstances that unfortunately sometimes happen to people. Dan Melnick is an extremely experienced, personable, trustworthy and knowledgeable attorney who has been in practice forever, which has also made him familiar with most of the attorneys and judges in the area. All excellent and positive qualities that can only serve to benefit you! He helped a friend of mine get out of an unfair charge without even having to see the judge. This is the guy to hire if you have any sort of problem. He will make it go away or lessen the charges. His fees are reasonable too.
