They were transparent with me throughout the entire process of getting GM to buy back my Chevy Silverado. He answered my calls and his assistant kept me updated throughout the entire process. We dealt with another bigger firm for our Jeep and we did not get the same great service as Jacob, not even close. Highly recommended.

Very unprofessional. She is totally Furad and scam please don’t hire here. She is not an immigration attorney. She has zero experience. I hired her to represent my fiancé case sadly she took my money and I did the entire paperwork by myself. She didn’t know to transfer a case from one embassy to another embassy. She give me wrong information from the beginning to the end. Typically the applicant making appointment for his/her self or the attorney of record. She made me to wait for a long time for no reason. She told me the embassy will schedule the interview. She was wrong. The applicant or attorney have to do it even I filled the DS 160 for my fiancé because she was extremely lazy to do it and did it once with a lot of mistakes.

Nissan was dragging us back in forth in the mud and were dragging my case, but thanks to the law office I was kept in the loop and they are very responsive. i had a lemon Juke and had serviced it a lot of times. Kept a paper trail and brought it forward to Jacob K. Got what I wanted at least to make up for my lemon car. Thanks! Now I can go car shopping ASAP.

Jacob is very helpful. He does the right thing and tells you the truth. If you have a case he is straightforward with what can potentially happen with what the scenerio is. He is an honest guy, and that is VERY hard to find with attourneys these days. He helped my father with his Chevy Bolt, and is helping me with my Tesla at the moment. Just to help anyone with a Tesla - make sure if you take it in to the service center, have them print out the paperwork every time you show up, the reason why you came and what they are going to do. They will tell you it will all be in the app but do not trust their word. Also,do not let them fool you in the app. They do not write notes, and they can cancel that you have even been to the dealership. Also a buyer beware! Thank you for all your help and hard work!
