Excellent and experienced attorney in criminal matters. After my incident I hired him after a referral from a former client. I found Fred bienthrough Avvo after an incident with the police where I was pulled over, had my car searched and was arrested for possession of a small amount of marijuana. I am a state certified medical marijuana patient, with a doctor’s referral, which the arresting officer dismissed. As a patient I should be allowed to keep possession of reasonable amounts, with which I was complying. Fred Bien helped me in the past when I was given a ticket for allegedly running a red light. I believe that I went and crossed the intersection as the light was still yellow. I found Fred through Avvo and wrote them an email and called them to see if anything could be done for my ticket. Fred was able to take care of me and get the ticket taken off, which helped me in the end because I did not have to have increased insurance premiums.
