Very sad I have to write this because I have been using these guys and referring them to friends for the last 7 years. I had them handling a ticket for me that when handled in the court nobody reached out to me to give me the update. If I had not reached out to them myself for another referral I would have not known my case was handled. They didn’t tell me when my fees were due which by the time I called they had already been late with the court. They then had to file an extension on my behalf(to cover themselves) without my consent. Judy also was supposed to have the attorney call me back and that was two weeks ago. So when I called back today to ask if the attorney even got my message she said that she gave it to him but she has been on medical leave. So not only do they not care about communicating to you your results but they don’t care that they have a loyal customer that is very unhappy. I’m mot in the business of bashing peoples businesses but in a time like this you don’t let situations like this go ignored for almost 4 months, then avoid communicating with the client you let fall through the cracks. Robert is the person I normally dealt with but all these new people in the office just want to take your money and don’t care what the outcome is!

Process was easy ,traffic attorney defense really helped me out!

I recently found 9ut that I had a traffic ticket from 2004 that wasn't resplved.. this old have landed me in jail. I. Called traffic attorneys. Om and with 1 phone call they went to court and got it thrown out of court. I am so pleased with the way they handled my case. And would highly recommend anyone with traffic tickets to call them. Great experience!
