I was referred to this Attorney. I saw the reviews, the Collège that referred me said they 100% did workman's comp. I got a call a little bit later than scheduled. He started out. I'm going to be blunt. It was the most discouraging conversation. We normally don't do this or that. We can't guarantee someone will call you back or text you back. It may be 3 weeks. It's a fight. It takes a really long time for everything. He couldn't give me an estimate when I could be seen by a doctor for treatment, they don't even know if a doctor would accept me. I have an attorney since November 2023, I was having problems getting them to respond. At least when they did, it was always encouraging. When i saw these reviews, it looked like they were encouraging and had great communication. Marvin gave me no hope. It was like he didn't want another case. I asked how would you rate the outcome of cases you won. He said you don't win, what you win is you get the treatment, the disability or what ever it is, you don't win a settlement. Yeah, I was shocked. I got injured at my job because of a faulty surface, also from a heavy door that slammed into me and knocked me over. This was on the property that hired my company that I work for. If I wanted the same outcome that my job would get me through workman's comp, I would have not looked for an attorney. SMH. I am not going to beg this guy to take my case. He pushed me away. I am staying with who I have right now. There was nothing positive he had to say. I thought I was going to get Matt or someone else who were mentioned in the great reviews.

we have bad expirence with them. Rep told us that settlement amount will be 40 and su3ugest to figh more.. once month after we find out that actuallu was 60... and in the end our case was sold for 50. record everything. ask everything in righting!!
