Dismissed! That is the result I got. I think you will, too. The attorneys and legal support team walk you through each step. They are experts in traffic court. They complete all court paperwork and know how to navigate the system. They are responsive and knowledgeable. I did not have to appear in court. I completed everything online via email with the law firm. It simply does not make sense to try doing this on your own. Well worth the few hundred dollars it cost me.

This place is very unprofessional when it comes to updates on a case. I had a case with them, and every time i wanted to see what was going on with the updates I had to call them. They don’t contact you to let you know what’s going on. This business need to DO BETTER with updating clients.

SMH.... this law firm Micheal Burgis & Associates is a COMPLETE JOKE! it's sad that I had to click one star when they Clearly don't deserve that. I have so much to say about how unprofessional, dishonest attorney Micheal Burgis and David Romero along with other staff members who DON'T answer calls they just send you to voice mail ! and THIS IS MY TRUTH!!! to keep it short let's just say I've been going before the WC board since since last September 2022 for MSC we had a continuance for October 2022 we agreed to settlement and the settlement documents where sent to there office and when I went in to sign I discovered attorney David Romero obviously didn't look over the documents and basically I was being SCREWED by the defense and David Romero was trying to convince me to except the settlement and sign. I declined to sign and he said that he would have to defense attorney correct the documents.. Mind you this was October 2022. So now we just went before the board on February 8th 2023 and all was corrected and agreed and today February 17, 2023 I still have not signed my settlement documents! I'm being told that once again that the defense had not corrected the dates of my TD ( Total Disability) more lies... these people are c dishonest play games and spend more time arguing with there clients instead of the defense. I will be sure to follow up with this review to let EVERYONE know when or if they ever call me to sign my settlement documents. please Be aware of this SHADY Law office of Michael Burgis & Associates.
