it was truly my lucky day when I was referred to Amy Dilbeck. She explained the process to us in detail and in terms that we understood. She was extremely professional and had all the knowledge necessary to work through our process. Not only was she informative, she was also very personable and responded to my emails on the weekend! I surely would not hesitate to recommend Amy to anyone. The company is truly luck to have someone like Ms. Dilbeck on their staff.

I was requested by my sister-in-law, who was in the hospital, to locate an attorney as she wished to make changes in her Family Trust. I contacted our local Health Department for their help. Amy Dilbeck was recommended and she promptly met with her at the hospital. She noted the changes she wish to make. This was on a Friday. Unfortunately, my sister-in-law died on Sunday. The Family Trust listed her sister - my wife- as Trustee .Sadly, my wife was very ill and unable to be the Trustee. Amy did the necessary paperwork for a court hearing for me to be Successor Trustee. Amy contacted all those listed in the Trust of changes that were to be made to make sure everyone was in agreement. After court approval, Amy spent a full day going with me to four different banks to consolidate assets and notified her broker and supervised the sale of real estate. She always promptly returned telephone calls . I was highly pleased with her professional help during very trying times. .
