At last minute I met with Ms. De Smeth with some questions about how I could receive compensation and services after being injured by a drunk driver. Ms. De Smeth and her staff were accommodating and arranged an appointment with me on short notice. Ms. De Smeth was very helpful and did not charge me for the initial consult. I am glad I went to her office and feel better after having talked with her. I recommend anyone else who has been unfairly injured to call Bamieh & De Smeth right away.

Let me tell you a true story about a Law firm that literally saved my LIFE!! Just know I had a very serious situation based off of deception, but Attorney Danielle De Smeth wasn't deceived by the false allegations and represented me as if it was a personal case for herself. She is simply brilliant!! I can't begin to tell you how much stress was taken off my shoulders. My case was definately unusual to say the least. Danielle handled it with ease. From Law enforcement filing untruthful and bias declarations to the plaintiff perjuring herself repeatedly. The billing was spot on and more than fair. My hearing lasted less than 30 minutes and was dismissed. Had I not hired Danielle and the resources her firm has to offer, I would have not had the same outcome. She will be my attorney from here on out.
