HE SAVED ME AND MY CHILDREN FROM A HEARTACHE !!! I recently got charged with five charges one felony and 4 misdemeanor’s due to a do a DUI with my children in the car . I was looking at serious jail time In Santa Barbara county . I thank the Lord I found Scott Bentley he saved my children and I from the heartache of going to jail and leaving my kids and for that I’m most grateful ! I got three misdemeanors dropped the felony dropped to one misdemeanor so I walked away with 2 Misdemeanors and Court probation ! I am very happy with the results that came out of this case it was more than I expected. I highly recommend Scott as an Attorney he’s very affordable and he delivered more than I could’ve ever imagined ! I can finally sleep at peace without any nightmares of leaving my children ! My children are more than happy to have their mommy home !!!

I would 100 percent recommend Mr. Bentley. Even though it wasn’t the best circumstance to meet him he handled my case perfectly and got me the best outcome. He would answer any of my questions even if he had to repeat himself multiple times! He knew I had terrible anxiety with my entire case and he always let me know he had everything handled. I came to Mr. Bentley with a very particular case that seemed unbeatable. Thankfully, due to Mr. Bentleys expertise in criminal cases in Ventura County, he was able to get the best possible outcome. I highly recommend using him if you need a criminal defense lawyer and although the circumstances weren’t ideal I was happy to have met such a smart lawyer. Hopefully I won’t need help again but if I do I will for-sure be returning to his offices.
