Highly satisfied with my experience! My husband and I were struggling to find a good lawyer until we found Scott .We had terrible experience and even got scammed once before finding him. My husband is a spanish speaker only so therefore we were looking for a lawyer who also speak spanish as well.There was a radio station announcing themselves (la liga defensora) so we thought they were the ones since they use alot of hispanic celebrities to announce them selves and recommend this place is just all promotion. Prices were ridiculous over charge and they try to scared me and husband state ting he would get put in jail and that are only way out would be them . They had 5 different people trying to convince us and give a high deposit or pay it all at once to take our money. We walk out of there without any hope. We had one more appointment pending with one more lawyer who was Scott and wow was I impress made us feel so comfortable he is super friendly and kind speaks some spanish he also offered us payment plans and he literally 3 min away from Ventura superior court. Right away we new he was the one. My husband walked in there with his 3th dui and driving under a suspended license and he was still paying his 2nd dui with revoked probation and more. To make it short my husband started fixing his relationship with alchol and started a treatment and program and Scott Bentley was able to demonstrate that my husband had taken action in his recovery and convince the judge to reduce his jail time. What was are surprised ?That Scott convinced the judge and was able to take my husband sober living program and treatment and gave him credit for it . So there for all chargers were dropped. We were shook something big had happened. God heard our prayers and sent us here with Scott at the right place. I'm forever grateful 🙏 🥲. I 💯 will recommend him. He did so much for my family. Thank you for everything ❤️ he was our family light in the midst of darkness. I had a very sensitive felony case and I didn't know what to do. I needed a criminal defense lawyer that can help me through the process.
