Tremendously helpful! We have a legal problem and thought we would need to hire a law firm and go to court. Ball and Yorke was recommended to us, so I called and spoke to Brian Yorke. He listened to our story and made several suggestions including that we write a letter. He told us, in detail, what to say and what not to say. The he even proof read our draft. Needless to say it did the trick and the issue was resolved. We couldn't be happier and I recommend them without reservation!

I would like to thank Brian Yorke and his firm for assisting my 91 year old father helping him to win his case against Toppers Pizza. Two years ago my father fell in the back parking lot of our local Toppers Pizza. The fall was due Toppers noncompliance of handi cap signage, no handi cap ramp in their rear parking lot and very poor lighting. Brian and his team did an excellent job representing my parents discovering what really happened at the scene of the accident, interviewing the employees to build our case for the lawsuit and gaining the evidence needed for us to "win our case" against Toppers Pizza.
