Defends a guy accused of committing sex crimes against minors beginning weeks upon his release from prison for (surprise!) committing sex crimes against minors; claims to the press that his client is "obviously, remorseful. (VC Star 1/21/2018)" You too can have this sort of stalwart backing from your lawyer if you call now

Brian is excellent. He's clearly seasoned and no rookie to the process. He did everything he said he would do and came through for me. Aside from his credentialed resume and his expertise, he's also a good guy. I'd recommend him and I'd retain his services again

Beware not a good attorney. Lacks communicate, sharp wit, & aggression. A total waste of time and money. I fired him and got the case tossed out by my own efforts.

David Lehr is an outstanding attorney and even a more outstanding person! He is the first attorney I have ever come across that genuinely cares about the client and the outcome of the case. My brother, may he rest in peace, actually had me hire David to sub out another attorney I had regretfully hired. My brother was diagnosed with a terminal disease and was arrested one year before he passed. My family nor my brother could imagine him dying in prison.
