David was wonderful with my case. My anxiety was high up until the hearing and it couldn't have gone any better. He knows the system and will work to get the best possible outcome. After meeting with multiple attorneys, he was one of the only ones made me feel comfortable and wasn't pushy to get me to sign on the dotted line. Very personable, efficient and obviously effective. My lawyer tool excellent care of us with the franchise tax board audit that was incredibly stressful for our family. They helped identify that the IRS had made an error, reassured us to calm our stress, kept us informed, answered all of our questions, and persisted with the IRS until the issue was resolved. Mr. Chesley is the best. I had 5 charges two of which were felonies. They were all dismissed. I was in shock. He is also not charging me anything for exogungment. so thankful and blessed. He definitely takes good care of every one of his clients. Thank you!!
