I had been delaying my estate planning for many years. I worked with Jennifer Romero and she devised a plan along with a Trust that will secure my children’s future. Estate planning is much more relevant now then ever do to the current pandemic. The last thing I ever wanted to worry about is “will my children be okay?” while I’m hooked up to a ventilator in an ICU. Additionally, she ensured that my family will never have to worry about “pulling the plug.” One of the best benefits in working with Hermance Law is their flexibility as we were able to meet over multiple weekends and evenings at their office in Ventura. Again, I’d highly recommend Jennifer and Hermance Law to anyone looking to ensure their future needs -and their children’s needs are met.

I myself am an attorney but I practice a different field of law and would not want to attempt to do my own estate. This is an area of law that’s very specialized and should be left to those who understand it. I was impressed with this law office, they’re very well organized, competent and they carefully and patiently explained everything to my wife and I. It was a pleasure dealing with these people, I found no fault in the representation of our interest, and I highly recommend them.

My Dad and Mom passed away recently and since they had a trust set up it made everything go much more smoothly than it would have otherwise during such a trying time. So my husband and I decided we should pass the favor along to our children. Since I knew what a trust should look like I know that Crista did an excellent , thorough job. I also appreciate that she would follow up to make sure we did our part.

Herman was law was absolutely wonderful! She took the time to go over everything with me as we wrote my living trust. As a single mom it brings me peace knowing I have everything taken care of in my trust for my children if anything happens to me.

My husband and I got our will done with Hermance Law several months ago. The whole staff made the process easy and comfortable. They explained each part of the Will to us, with the option to fit it to the needs of our family. We have a thee year old, and one on the way, so for us having protection geared around our kids was priority. I also love that the office has a ton of toys for your kids to play with, so you can focus on paperwork. Can’t say enough good things about our experience.
