Monty is as fantastic as a lawyer as he is a person. He helped me sort out an issue, that then turned into mistakes made by the court somehow issuing a warrant and creating more of a headache than necessary. He stuck with me through the whole process and helped me sort it out every step of the way. He is a truly caring person who will personally help you through your case and shoot for the best possible, reasonable outcome, and will be very helpful to answer any questions you might have. My husband was having so much stress after being denied SSI disability, not being able to work and having no income. We called Monty and he was very nice and knowledgeable about the appeal process. I hired Mr. Monty Gill to appeal the denial of my case. Mr. Gill was very professional and compassionate from the moment I made my initial phone call. I was provided with a lot of paperwork to complete to build my case stronger prior to our court hearing. Mr. Gill worked hard and was very well organized. Not only did Monty WIN my case, he made me feel comfortable right out of the gate. He answered all of my questions, took took his time and made sure I understood everything. He would allow me to text him questions and always responded to me quickly. He worked so hard for me, and I didn't think I would win because of my age, but he put together a solid case!
