Let me start by saying , my wife has two rare diseases, that are incurable, and both organs (liver and kidneys) will eventually need to be replaced. We contacted several Social Security specialists Lawyers, no one was interested in taking her case. We meet with Monty Gill, and he gave us hope, and gave us guidelines, on how to approach our case, which had been denied. We needed to appeal their decision, and he was instrumental in all of the procedures required to successfully win the appeal. As per his instructions, we provided volumes of medical reports, from several doctors. We listened to his advice, and he in turn answered all our, questions and concerns. He walked us through all the steps , and showed genuine compassion, he wanted to win this case for us. He said we'll have to educate the Judge, in relation to the disease, and hopefully they will rule in our favor. Monty was encouraging through every phase of the appeal, and ultimately he won. The judge told us at the hearing, that " We had a great Lawyer ". Normally these hearings take about 30 to 45 minutes, our was over in 8 minutes. Thank You Monty!
