I’m free of any charges by Ventura County court because of Wilfert Law Offices. Roslynn Wilfert was my attorney. being an ex-police officer and now an attorney she has an instinct for understanding officers on the stand. Jarrod and Roslynn are two attorneys married to each other. I believe I had the benefits of two lawyers who are a team. They were kind, concerned and comforting. Carla is a top notch, professional lawyer with a strict moral code and very competent in court! Although she is quite busy, she still took the time to consult with me on a Saturday. Had multiple ads sent in the mail to me after my 1st (and only) DUI. By far the Wilfert Law package stood out. Extremely professional, seemed almost too good to be true. Interviewed with several different law firms before choosing Jarrod and his team. Best decision, hands down. The whole team is very helpful. Never any issues getting updates or trying to contact them. I never had to show up for court. Always kept me up to speed and let me know what steps I needed to take in order to get the whole situation handled. They fought hard to try and bring my charges down to wet and reckless due to my levels being 0.082. But being Ventura county it just doesn't happen. But he was able to make it so I did not have to serve any jail time. Biggest help is that they were able to get me completely off of probation after 12 months instead of me serving the 18 that I was sentenced. Last rung on this ladder is to get it expunged from my record which Jarrod and his team are already planning out. Bottom line is, if you need a lawyer, this is the place to go. You won't have a better experience with anyone else.

The question I asked myself for close to a year was “How can you repay someone for keeping your family together?” I was walking out of my house for an outing one day in June 2018 with my husband and two children when a man pulled up in a dark sedan, rushed towards me and said “Are you Veronica? I have this notice for you, he just really wants to see his son.” I felt my heart sink. I signaled to my husband to take the kids to the car.
