I hired Scott to fight a restraining order, I really had doubts that the restraining order would be overturned. Scott did his homework and was able to get the restraining order overturned. Daniel Garcia is the attorney to go to. He took care of my first DUI. He was very supportive, responsive, and helpful a long the way. A few years later I got another DUI and I went back to Daniel. My second DUI caused a great deal of different emotions but Daniel was always there to answer any questions, listen to what I had to say, and provided me with reassurance. Daniel Garcia was my attorney during a difficult period in my life involving an accident while driving under the influence. Daniel was very sympathetic and non-judgmental which made me feel at ease working with him. He was easily accessible when questions arose, and he handled all of the court and DMV hearings relieving me of having to be there. Despite the normal difficulties with the law in negotiating reduced sentences he was able to get me a minimum number of days on a monitor, so I could start the DUI classes and get the process done early. He was able to get me on a shortened non-reporting probation as well. And he followed up with me when the probation came to an end and is supporting my expungement. I recommend Daniel for anyone in a similar situation.

Where do I start? I owe this man my freedom. He helped get me another chance at doing things right.      First of all, my case was out in San Bernardino county so I didn't think he would be able to help me.
