David recently represented me in my DUI case. From the very beginning, he was professional, intelligent, communicative, and I felt like he really had my best interests in mind. The DDA tried to pull a bunch of tricks and David was one step ahead of them each time. Thanks to David's knowledge and instinct, the DDA didn't get away with any of their shenanigans and my case was dismissed. I'm so thankful he represented me, and while I hope I don't need a lawyer for anything like this again, I would 100% choose to work with David again. I was initially deemed liable for an accident, but with the expertise of Mr. Martinez he was able to prove that Geico was wrong in their account, thus the ruling was reversed into my favor and Mr. Martinez got my $1,000 deductible returned.
