Honestly such a great and easy experience. I had just had another lawyer take $2k in cash from me and was feeling so defeated, but this law office treated me with so much kindness and respect at my most vulnerable. And I was expecting court fines and maybe even jail days for a probation violation but Mr. Garcia left the court appearance with me not paying any additional fines… and no additional punishment! And my case is now completely cleared from the docket and my probation was ended. Essentially my case is over. I honestly couldn’t believe it. Can not recommend this law firm enough.

As a fellow defense attorney, I was dismayed to see him looking at his phone the entire hearing and texting and not looking up as Judge Young was speaking to him, in a codefendant case I have with him. And he is always late as I wait, without letting me know or responding to emails or calls or even texts from a court officer. So I wait. And my clients wait. For him to show up. Horribly disrespectful.
