Not only does he work fast and toward an effective resolution, he is completely thorough, listens carefully and really cares about each one of his clients. His technique, expertise, and well-spoken manner in the court room is truly impressive. He has a great rapport with the judges, as they respond well to him. It is obvious they respect him! Not much gets past him as he is expert with his attention to detail. Guy Parvex handled my custody and settlement in a ‘high conflict’ divorce. My ex-husband tried every trick in the book with his dishonest, slimy attorneys to get 100 percent physical and legal custody of our children and tried to get out paying any support. Guy helped me navigate the psychological evaluation and mediators like stepping carefully through a mine field without taking any missteps. It took a year and a half just for that portion of my case and Guy never put the children or myself on the ‘back burner’. He always let me know we were important and being handled with great care. I knew I could trust him implicitly. He always only had our best interests in mind from beginning to end. He worked many nights, weekends, and even a few holidays to get my case settled. Along with this brutal custody battle full of horrendous false accusations against me, Guy always had invaluable advice on how to handle my children (he is unusually gifted with incite and wisdom) as there was massive parental alienation going on that effectively turned two of my children against me. My eldest (13) came to court with his father on more than one occasion to testify against me. Guy made an incredible intelligent heartfelt case to the judge to not allow this to occur and the judge ruled in our favor. I eventually got the physical and legal custody I wanted. (On his advise, my son and I have been in reunification therapy and just like he predicted, our relationship is turning around.) My ex further absconded with all remaining marital assets during our case dragging it out many more months. Guy was more resolved than ever and worked hard to bring my ex to justice eventually having him found in Contempt of Court on two counts resulting in a sentence of jail time! He "kicks ass and takes names"!! My ex is now on a very short leash with DCSS thanks to Guy hard work. My ex's last attorney called him "the expert" on more than one occasion and commented that Guy's move to role the stolen funds into income with child support now owed from it-enforceable by DCSS, was "a brilliant move, I wish I would have thought of it myself." I cannot express this enough, Guy Parvex is worth every last dollar he charges!! The world would be a much better place if there were more genuine humble intelligent caring people like him.

My girlfriend and I were going through a rough time trying to get guardian of my nephew. When we called he met with us that day.
