Came to them with my situation and they took charge of everything and got me tooken care of quick ,,, Not only that but during the time of waiting for the final outcome mr. I would rather talk real time my experience was two different cases both times quirk droped the ball. Just cant get fair outcomes for this black man from quirk twice!! Post has not enough space for honest experiance descriptions. Was struck by off duty cop was sent to vcmc via ambulance was denied med asistance accused by doc in front of all nurses that i was lying told assistant to get me out of the hospital room put on wheelchair the tipe patients cant manipulate a person must push patient pushed out to lobby left in middle of hospital loby some 30 feet from entrance intentionaly had to crawl out of hospital on elbows wrist broken finger broken time 145pm left outside while doc nurce staff go in out of hospital every one stares no one helps until aprx730am next day senior staff emp complaints outloud shame on every one all night cold shivering uncontrollable she brings me blaket stranger calls friendfor me car strikes and lost my cell no staff help friend helps me in hospital i cant comprehend have seriouse concussion left side head brused swollen given second med check and doc find broken leg right femur nausea dizzy dry heaves abdomina area all bruised gentals swollen bruised thigh both bruised major trauma all right side sent to pharm by fist doc who assest me acused me and at pharm doc never sent my pain killers aproval denide ibuprofen told by doc i was prescribe oxicoton. prescription said ibuprofen 800mlcall quirk interview assured all will be cared of while hospitalyzed 3 month no contac 18 month stiill cocosion contact quirk told they cant help after 18 month they never contacted anyone on list of friend for emergecy by 20moths i find other aturney tells me time limit to file suit has pased cant file. on 06 09 19 accident now 05 06 21 still injured homeless no medicine always pain walking dificult given no explanation on why quirk droped ball27 months pass accident i find out mr quirk was running for Ventura county city manager who wuould elect the attorney to run the city he sucsesfully sued so he chose to run for city job diregarded my life and unjust treatment at hospital because he wanted to be amongst the city elite left me in the streets no help

In March 2019 my wife and I were in an accident and injured. We were hit from behind by a drunken driver that fled the scene. She and I do not believe in suing people for their mistakes so we simply tried to settle with the insurance company of the offending driver and only asked for what we had lost during recovery plus our medical bills. The insurance adjuster was not going to allow some of our expenses and offered barely enough for the medical.
