Dan & Deanna go above & beyond the call of duty for you as a client. They are kind, extremely knowledgeable, as they assist you in making one of the hardest decisions you need to make. They both are available by phone or email. Deanna, has been, available when out of town & on weekends...always encouraging, patient with any questions. Dan & Deanna both take the time, with you as a client, to explain everything, from paperwork, to time lines, Dan even gave me a hug after my court date, as I was a nervous wreck. I would & have referred them to others, as I feel so very lucky to have them both on my side. I am quite humbled, by both Dan & Deanna, for not just being "a number", but truly being a client with extra care or going that extra mile for a client. That alone shows their professionalism, taking the time for excellence in customer service that is so rare these days. I thank them, both, from the bottom of my heart.

My father was a paraplegic with severe health conditions. Mr. Hickson, and his Paraprofessional never batted an eye at traveling to my fathers home to conduct business. Mr. Hickson always treated my father with the utmost professional and personal respect. My father relied on Mr. Hicksons competent legal representation. Without fail Mr. Hickson never appeared to be hurried for time, always clarifying information and, or questions my father had. If he didnt have the immediate answer to a question, he found the answer soon after. If there was an extra mile to go Mr. Hickson buckled up the boots, and traveled the journey. The unconditional moral support given to my father is only a diminutive example of Mr. Hicksons personal, and professional attributes. You've heard the old saying, "The cobbler's children don't wear shoes." That has never been the case in our family. My father, Daniel Higson has always made sure our needs have been met--both as a dad and as an attorney.
