I went to him because he had high reviews and stood out the most when I searched for an attorney online. After meeting up with him I highly agree with the 5 star reviews. Couldn’t be happier with Scott. I had a DUI from years ago and was able to get it settled fairly quick even through this crazy COVID-19 And would highly recommend Scott to anyone.

When I hired Scott, I had not read any reviews, Gotten any of his law history or anything it was a last minute thing and he was the only attorney who would take what I had as a down payment At the moment (which by the way is very underpriced now that I know what he is capable of) He worked miracles with my keys and was extremely persistent with the DAs office which is why I ended up getting what was a felony and I knew I would be getting charged and convicted of a felony. there was no way out of it and I knew I would be doing some jail time no matter who I hired. I just wanted the bare minimum jail time and probation after I go out of I just wanted the bare minimum jail time and probation after I go out of custody. My court dates were getting closer and closer when one day shortly before my sentencing that Scott called me and asked me how I would like it if I didn’t have to do any jail time at all and I didn’t have to leave my daughter for even a day... Started crying immediately and told him I would love him forever basically LOL if that was even possible to do no jail time and he told me he emailed the da AGAIN to ask to file for some sort of legal jibber jabber which basically asked to drop my felony of child endangerment to a misdemeanor and give me no jail time just probation and Because of his persistence, I got my phone he dropped to a misdemeanor and the jail time was taken off the table instead I am just doing probation and if I get in trouble within a year then the jail time will be a must. I cannot say enough good things about Scott$$ besides the fact that I am working I am very happy that I hired him I got the same punishment or whatever you would like to call it that I would’ve gotten with any crazy expensive attorney who has 20 years of experience it would’ve been the same outcome that Scott got me and I realize he is starting to make a name for himself in Ventura with his nice misdemeanor and calmness he has about him I couldn’t have asked for a better attorney and am so grateful for netting him and hiring him I would give him 500000 stars if possible! Thank you so much Scott Bentley for helping me and my daughter keep our relationship and she gets her mommy to be there with her every single day and not leave her ever again to do jail time I would be the best mother I can possibly be and thank you for giving me a second chance without you my daughter would be devastated her mother having to leave her for four more months I will not let you down or my daughter or myself I love you Scott you are amazing and I would recommend you to any and everybody who asks for an attorney!!!

I was recommended Rabiah through another attorney who couldn't take my case. We met last year in December of 2019. She heard my case and agreed to take it. Fast forward to June 2020 and she is stepping down as my counsel per her decision because of apparent lack of trust by me. Courts started accepting all filings June 10 and she still had not filed my case. She's had months of preparation due to being shut down and did not bother to help me out at all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Good luck trying to get a response and if you do you will be approached with hostility.

I can’t say enough good things about Christina...I was that mother that received the dreaded phone call from my son “I’m in jail”! As a mother it’s a very helpless position to be in. My husband helped me keep my bearings together and said we have to call Christina! We called and immediately I felt she had our back! She was calm collected professional and fierce! Even more Mr. Bentley was able to get my son released from jail four months before he was due to be released by submitting an electrónic monitoring application.
