I’m not one to have a Rolodex of attorneys on speed dial and had been putting off an insurance matter for too long. I reached out to a good trusted friend of mine to see if he knew if an attorney that I could talk to. He referred me to Brett Yorke. I sent over an email and received a response within a few hours. I explained the situation and Brett asked some simple directed questions and indicated what the course of action would be. Brett’s called me the next day to let me know he completed the necessary letter to the insurance company that I frankly was reticent to send a while back. Not only was the matter resolved within a week it completely exceeded any reasonable possibility that I had set before I spoke with anyone. I now have Brett in my contacts and would absolutely use him and his firm without hesitation. Plus he’s a great person to talk to!

I can't say enough about this law firm. The attorneys, especially Brian Yorke, are extremely knowledgable, tenacious, no-nonsense and are not at all intimidated by opposing attorneys' antics. My husband was in a bad car wreck that permanently ruined his shoulder. He is in constant pain. With no obvious injuries, like broken bones, our OWN insurance company (the other driver who was at fault was under-insured) fought with everything they had to prevent having to pay us. But Mr. Yorke never let up, saw through every trick their attorney tried to use until they realized they were no match. After over a year of their delay tactics, we were awarded what we deserved all along. I will recommend this firm and Brian Yorke to everyone I know in need of an attorney. There are none better.
