On the recommendation of one of the witnesses, a store employee (shop not related to the incident) I went to Attorney Brett Yorke. He gave me his full concerned attention as I related the incident. He was very honest and forthcoming with me about my chances, noting that it is very difficult to win a Personal Injury claim against a Government entity, because they have many built in safeguards protecting themselves. But he agreed to look at the particulars of my situation and get back to me. Only a few days later he contacted me. Brett said that while there are never guarantees in Law, he felt I had a very strong case. He gave me a timeline and it turned out to be very accurate. His staff was amazing, and what little additional information they needed I was able to provide. We won the case, and the settlement was beyond anything I could have even imagined. They are personable, kind and most off all extremely good Attorneys. Hopefully I will never again have a need for an Attorney, but I have already recommended them to friends and family.
