I can't say enough about this law firm. The attorneys, especially Brian Yorke, are extremely knowledgable, tenacious, no-nonsense and are not at all intimidated by opposing attorneys' antics. My husband was in a bad car wreck that permanently ruined his shoulder. He is in constant pain. With no obvious injuries, like broken bones, our OWN insurance company (the other driver who was at fault was under-insured) fought with everything they had to prevent having to pay us. But Mr. Yorke never let up, saw through every trick their attorney tried to use until they realized they were no match. Excellent law firm, always voted one of the best in the county for a reason. I was in a car accident and I couldn't be more grateful for Brett Yorke taking care of my situation and dealing with the insurance company of the person who hit me. I have also used Brett Yorke's counsel when dealing with a contract for a house sale and he pointed me in the right direction. All my legal matters go through Ball & Yorke even though I moved out of Ventura County.
