THE BEST EXPERIENCE The worst feeling is the unknown when in a critical legal matter. You then find yourself searching for someone who you can trust to help and guide me through such a hard time. I was lucky to come across Jarrod and Roslynn Wilfert in whom of witch were very kind and warm welcoming Attorneys who make you feel at ease as soon as you walk into their office. They are both well known and respected in the legal community. The staff is amazing and they have a lovely receptionist who is bilingual and very professional to translate in Spanish. From the beginning of my case, to the end, to expungement, Jarrod and Roslynn have walked me through my case and allow me to gain a peace of mind. Today i am able to continue forward with my career goals thanks to their dedication and hard work. They were a blessing to have as legal representatives they cary themselves with humility, respect for others, and integrity. I will strongly recommend any family member and close friend to their office they both will do anything in their power to help you. Thank you both for your help you are amazing.

One never wakes up thinking you will need a defense attorney. As humans we make mistakes and make bad choices that may effect the rest of our personal and professional life. Jerrod Wilbert took time to listen to me as human being not just another case. Jarrod and his dedicated skilled team helped me by listening and actually meeting me on the same day I called. Jarrod told me to "keep my chin up high "while he in turned defended me and protected me. Jarrod is very familiar with the many different distract attrorneys , Judges and will work diligently for each every person that may need him. I hired Steve over a year ago to handle my PI case. At first, he seemed like a great attorney and displayed a façade of being competent to handle my case. Time went on and I finished all of my medical treatments for my injuries. He took FOREVER to even send out the Demand Letter! When he finally did, he NEVER sent me a copy of it (or any other documents or correspondence). I did not ever get any telephone calls from him, despite my multiple attempts to communicate with him. He is a one man show at his office. He answers his own telephones, does all of his own office work and everything that he should have staff for, he doesn't. When I finally did get ahold of him on the phone to inquire about the status of my case, he informed me that the other side had served me with Discovery. God only knows how long that has been on his desk for. So ridiculous! I asked him when he plans on propounding Discovery to the other side. He said, "What is there to discover?"!!! I could not believe my ears! He could have at least sent out Form Rogs and Request for Admissions! Any dummy should know that! Having a weird feeling about the entire situation, I got online and checked out his State Bar profile. Apparently, he is now "Ineligible to practice law" for a number of disciplinary actions! I hereby revoke my previous positive review here on Avvo about this attorney. He is absolutely HORRIBLE and I would NEVER recommend this attorney even to my worst enemy!

I spend 5000 just to another lawyer that he just want my money, he charged my for every phone call. Then I googled this guy and I just thank god that I found him.
