Mr. Shah and Mr. Ward were prompt, attentive, answered all of my questions, and most of all, put me at ease. They are 100% on your side, and will do whatever they both can to make sure you are treated justly. I was wrongfully ticketed and they fought to make sure I was heard and ticket dismissed.
