Professional, affordable and knowledgeable.

I agree with the other bad rating comments. I paid in full for her services and its been three weeks and nothing has been filed. I do all the calling to the office. Her staff as well are very rude and unprofessional. I wished i had googled about her before paying upfront. I would not recommend you higher this office. It may be her staff that or her not sure who to blame.

Attorney Amber Ashby was my divorce attorney when I found myself in an (unwanted & difficult) divorce after 39yrs of marriage. Being male,others advised me against using a female attorney, but I feel that it was a blessing to have her representing me. I found her to be very professional,honest and proficient. I also believe that she has a high degree of integrity,so if your spouse is divorcing for his (or her)own personal gain or desires,she will work exceptionally hard on your case. Skeptic that i am,i paid a top attorney "down the hill"to review my case,about a year into the proceedings.After reviewing the case (online),his comment was"I can't believe what she's done- I would be glad to represent you, but I wouldn't be able to do better".

Wayyy to much to explain. Point being she doesnt give 2 craps about her clients esp the children Involved. Doesnt ever call back but charges a fortune if she does. Misses court dates. We fires her at the end of the case and there was no coming back from her damage. She ruined my familys life and esp the child! Please please dont be her next victim!!

Excellent law firm

We had the worse experience dealing with Janice Hilke, in two months we didn't talk to her once, she totally ignored us, I guess we weren't that important. But she didn't have a problem taking our money, in fact she was all about "Retain me, Retain me", trying to get our credit card information. After the initial consultation which she charged us $50 for 15 minutes, we didn't hear from her at all, if we didn't call in complaining on why weren't hearing anything from anybody in that office, "Is nobody working on our case?", "How long do we have to wait until we hear something from somebody?", how frustrating!!!. After that, the only person we talked to was one of her assistants for over two months of wasting our time, this cost us over $850. We basically got charged for playing phone tag with her assistant for two months while our paperwork was being pushed from one side of her assistants desk to the other. They not once did anything on our case which was about child abuse, CHILD ABUSE!!!! This should never have been taken as lightly as it was with no regard for us or for our case or for our money or time. The bill was much larger except that we disputed the frivolous charges that we found on our bill, otherwise it would have been closer to $2000... of our wasted time and money, what a ridiculous waste!!!! After we fired her is when she was ready to start working on our case, what a joke, WHAT PART OF "YOU'RE FIRED!!!!!!" "DID YOU NOT UNDERSTAND!!!" We have never in our lives seen this level of lousy service in any industry or service, we're surprised that she's still in business. I would never refer this attorney to anybody, save yourself the head ache and don't go here for any reason. Brian F.
